Menus are great... I like the Kinilaw with gata... services far exceeds expectations! Wifi signal is excellent. We have really taken care that guests of Socorro Empowered People's Cooperative (SOEMCO) in Dales are treated with lush dinner. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dales:
dales fried rice tasted like mush. like oil poured on top. orange chicken? not quite...even mushier than the pourage fried rice. but hey...great place for a beer just stay away from the food. worst so far in surigao. great for locals, videoke and beer but food was horrible. View all feedback.
I wasn't impressed with the food; the beef steak and fried chicken didn't taste remarkable. However, I give 5 stars for the atmosphere—it's perfect for introverts and offers a lovely escape from traffic and passers-by.
Lovely quiet restaurant in Surigao, very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Beautiful setting and highly recommended with good, local food.

TRULY THE BEST RESTO not just in Surigao but in Mindanao... Not just because of the food but because of the Friendly Staff and Accommodating owners! More power!
On the downside, the BBQ created a lot of smoke, and there were quite a few mosquitoes in the area. Additionally, I found the Halo Halo to have limited fruit options. Overall, I had a pleasant meal during dinner service.
