The service was gentle and not overbearing, with no rush at the table. The restaurant was busy, but the service was fast and efficient. I felt like a valued guest and will definitely be returning. I would give Diwan Saray a solid five-star rating and highly recommend a visit.

There is no excess fat anywhere and it was difficult to find any flaws. The veal on the bone was fresh and unsalted, unlike other similar places. The meat had a genuine taste that was not masked by salt, pepper, or onion. The dishes were flavorful with a great variety of tastes and fresh ingredients.
