Zarraffa's Coffee Nerang

I visited this place tonight and asked for two random cold drinks. The staff recommended some fantastic options and chatted with us about how much fun it is to try random drinks. The service was outstanding, and the drinks were delicious! Many thanks to the team!

The staff here is always cheerful and welcoming, especially when I visit early in the morning. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the service is genuinely warm. They definitely deserve their tips and praise!

The location is excellent! I parked my car and headed to Zarrafas to order my usual white chocolate fusion. Although I made a mistake with the whipped cream, the drink was, as always, fantastic.

Coffee was good, but the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. they stick to the drive thru, as we find it quite loud, tormented and unpleasant in the inside. taste: /5 price for money: /5 customer service: /5 atmosphere: /5 is revised:

I always come here through drive thru. Coffee is always really good. Lady at the window taking my order was really blunt but Pia, who gave me my coffee was lovely.
