The sushi train here is great! Lots of variety, good prices - although we went during their promotion where all dishes were $3. I had the chicken katsu curry which was also very nice. The miso soup is tasty and refreshing. I got a takeaway a few days earlier - chicken katsu don - which was also really good. Great for the kids too. They ate SO much! What User doesn't like about Osaka Kaiten Sushi:
After reading the highly rated reviews, we were hoping for excellent sushi at this restaurant. However, it was disappointing as everything was tasteless. The restaurant did not feel very clean, with old and tatty menus and old lids on the sushi plates. The salmon lacked flavor and the seaweed wrapped around the mini sushis was chewy and soggy. The only good point was the crispy and tasty seaweed when ordering a fresh... View all feedback.

They love watching all the dishes come around, and choosing what they want to eat. The mini rolls are always super popular. Service was great. Friendly and quick. The seats in the booths could use a refurb, but this did not detract from the experience. Highly recommended!
They have extensive menu on Japanese food and that includes ramen, bento, curries and of course sushi... I had a great time and great food.. Btw the spicy octopus and spicy karage are a MUST try.
This is exactly what hit the spot! the food was so fresh and tasty and the staff were very friendly. Definitely check it out if your a sushi lover
The restaurant staff were all Japanese and very friendly. Food was nice, as good as what you get from typical Japanese restaurant. Went there on a Wed evening, not too crowded and food was served fast...
I found the fusion of tastes very good (but, as I have learnt to expect, a very limited selection of vegetarian sushi). My wife thought it was good, but was disappointed by the variety of general dishes.Although it was a Sushi Train, there were plenty of wait staff with good service, and they were quite accommodating.I found the place excellent value for money.
