What User doesn't like about Little Clay Pot:
Beautiful little restaurant specialising in claypot dishes in Gold Coast. We ordered three dishes; the claypot rice with beef brisket, rice with chicken and mushroom and also the rice noodles with fish ball and ham as seen in the photos. Each beautifully presented and have to say it was delicious. My only comment was that for the beef brisket dish there could have been a better of ratio of meat to rice. The chili oil... Warm little restauramt with friendly staff. I ordered glass noodles with duck, overall taste is good, you need to mix these picked vegetables with soup; otherwise it will be too mad. My husband ordered Chinese sausage and he said it was a good dish. Rice and sausage are well cooked.
So far best spicy and sour noodle around surfers. Recommended! Friendly staff and quick. We had the spiciest one, still able to handle it! Try the cold dishes like seaweed, chicken gizzard and black fungus. Quite good in my opinion.
Most authentic tasting Chinese food in Surfers Paradise! This is a cosy restaurant only a couple of minutes from the beach. Only downside was the fact that the soup was a little too oily for my liking. However, other than that, food is delicious and filling for a decent price. Recommended!
Main Menu is basically split into spicy sour glass noodle noodle soup dishes, rice noodle dishes and rice dishes. Had the braised beef brisket and Bak choy with Jasmine Rice. Beef was tender good. I like to mix everything together in the claypot. Nice, cosy intimate place. Opposite Chateau Beachside Resort Hotel.

The chili oil that they had accompanied the dish beautifully. Other sauces and water is self served.
