While eating was excellent, it was obvious from the explanation our server, taylor, provided that when we sat down that the choice of a banquet was the only one to go away. Unfortunately that meant that because I was on a limited diet due to the recent hospital stay, the other six could not the banquet so we ordered a la carte. eating, 2-3 dishes, came in the following two hours sporadic (as recommended). the restaurant was very busy and we had to wait over 45 minutes for first drinks, and several prods on our server. when they feed here, they bring their geduld!
We had a very special evening. our waiter looked at us and was a great help with our drinks and food choices. it's up there with my favorite food experiences
Very good food! everything is almost perfect. the 2 person tables at the end of the room are a little dark and a little hard to see the food in the plate!

Our first night back on the GC and had to come here. This is the best Japanese restaurant we have ever been to.Food is amazing and the staff are so great.This is a restaurant I would definitely recommend when visiting the GC.
