Visited yesterday with my partner, nice coffee, nice team, very enjoyable venue, surprisingly comfy is our first time in long time and we enjoyed the experience we will be back soon Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited the restaurant on the last Saturday of the school holidays and it was packed with people! We weren't sure if we would be able to eat, but to our surprise, the team made a great effort to accommodate everyone in such busy conditions. I have worked in hospitality before, so I know that maintaining a positive attitude, smiling, and serving delicious food in a short amount of time is not easy. Congratulations to the owner and managers for finding such a dedicated team. We will definitely be returning soon. Kudos to Hota Cafe for their hard work!

Such gorg staff, wonderful spot fab to catch up with friends after a stroll. Thanks team for always looking out to serve with a smile, you are amazing. We were a party of four and on ordering, were advised it would be half an hour delay. We ordered 2 steak sandwiches, 1 fish and chips and one Beef Angus Burger. Drinks from the outside bar. We waited a good three quarters of an hour for the meals. Three came out over a period of 10 minutes but the 4th meal didn’t come. After a further 15 minutes, we approached the staff who denied there were any meals unserved and insisted all meals had been served and that the kitchen was now closed. The docket was at last found, screwed up in the bin and confirmed that yes, the Angus Burger had been ordered but not served. The number on our table was checked and rechecked by staff and the only option was to receive a refund. However, the quality of food we did receive was very average. Steak sandwiches were cold and Turkish bread was too thick and dry. Fish and chips were over battered to compensate the size of the piece of fish received. Overall, we were very disappointed and would think twice about dining there again. We have done several times previously without a problem.
