This location is a wonderful location. It is very clean, well stocked, with plenty of flavors and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customer service is superb! My son loves the cookie sandwiches and the ice flavors are beyond your basic cherry and lemon like most places! View all feedback.
What Layla D doesn't like about Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard:
Giving it 2 stars because their water ice is delicious and you can learn a lot about making the ice (made fresh daily). However, they treat their teenaged employees very poorly and will send angry messages if schedules need to be arranged. These are 14-17 year old young adults during the height of summer, not boot camp trainees. View all feedback.
Rita's has the best water ice I have ever found, this location was very friendly and even packed my water ice with extra cherries going above and beyond!

No flavors available that we wanted. Most of the menu was out of stock, on a hot summer day..no icey flavors? It’s what you’re known for.
Well they ran out of the lemon so I tried the Pina colada and it was very good
If I could put 0 stars I would, they had 3 flavors minimum on a hot day. Having Italian ice on a hot day is what they are made for
