I tasted a bit more of vanilla, but my wife didn't. Also towards half way the drink, I kind of felt watery (just a little bit). Again my wife had a different opinion, she Claims this was one of the best redvelvet shake she had ! The drawbacks I felt were: The staff was not rude, but not coordial as well. They seemed indifferent. When a customer is sitting in your outlet, you are not supposed to discuss your personal life or issues (casually). This is my opinion, the owners and others view maybe different. The outlet doesn't accepts card, only cash or Paytm. I hail from Mumbai and have noticed that it is only in Surat people tend to trade/deal/do business out of formal/legal channel.
