Terrible experience! Stay away! Unfriendly staff, zero English. Super slow kitchen. Food is disgusting Tables and glasses are dirty. When I start to complain to the staff they sent me to the owner. I thought that’s the one who can help. But no, he just told to pay off the bill and get the out All foreigners please keep your money for some other nice places in this city!
2nd time in Surat and again dinner here. The selection of food and drinks is awesome. A very warm welcome from the nice staff, with luck a table at the riverfront. We've enjoyed deep fried whole fish with sour spicy Mango salad, tom yum gung, some vegetables and mussels. All dishes prepared very well and delicious. The beer was cold, the Thai music relaxing. All good, still our favorite place to eat in Surat Thani.
Unfortunately our most expensive meal so far and most disappointing food wise. The meat in the 'wild boar ' dish was so rubbery that we asked to send the dish back. I had a pork dish and the meat was nothing special. The restaurant is very expensive After some insistence they did remove the wild boar dish from our bill. We would not return to this place.
A great evening once again at Crossroads. Sadly the oysters had finished as they are highlight then not suprised. Great staff and VERY fresh seafood at a good price A must then in Surat Thani
We went there one evening, and the parking was full, so we felt worry that was hard to find a table. The place is in old west style, a lot of wood. and is very big area. The table on the river was fully booked, but the atmosphere was nice too. We order beef salad, very spicy but very good. we shared a lot of dishes, all was perfrect
