Just standard Yoshinoya food quality. But need to upgrade the service and restaurant cleanliness.
My favourite menu in this place is beef bowl, its so Yummy...
They have special discount until 30 Nov 2017. Small venue but comfortable and clean. Free flow tea.

It is clean and has enough space. although most are seated the tables 4 but they can ask the waiters to add more tables for if they are 5 or more family member.
