The chicken sandwich was good but little spicy for my taste. The fries are amazing, love the seasoning. The biscuits are really good and better then the competitions biscuits. View all feedback.
What Gabriela Cernas Frantz doesn't like about Bojangles' Famous Chicken:
Don't come here for good customer service. It was a choice of convenience by location. It is what it is. But hey.... went to McDonald's a few days later and they were nice so clearly people make choices. View all feedback.
This is a first for me to write a review of a fast food chain, but this Bojangles deserves it! I'm sure there are recipes that they follow, but this one in this location, made quite possibly the best biscuit I've never had. Now granted, it was hot anddripping in butter which helps most anything, but it was the perfect amount of bread, not too doughy, and the perfect amount ofcrispiness. People nice too! Legitimately, for reals, I'm looking for to hitting HWY 17 South again thanks to this Bojangles.

I believe the staff are fantastic and very helpful. However, during my last two visits, the chicken strips were so tough that I could hardly eat them. They just weren't appealing at all.
The chicken sandwich was tasty, but a bit too spicy for my liking. The fries were incredible; I really enjoyed the seasoning. The biscuits were excellent as well and surpass those of the competition.
The restaurant experience was quite disorganized and poorly managed. We observed the staff struggling to handle one customer at the drive-through, while also attending to two others in front of us. After waiting for 15 minutes, they put our food in boxes despite us clearly stating that we were dining in. We witnessed a chicken breast and a drink being thrown away; presumably, the chicken didn’t meet the staff’s standards, and the drink was discarded because it was left next to the drive-through register with no one able to identify its order. On a positive note, the food itself was pretty good. If it weren't for the subpar service and the questions it raises about hygiene, I would have rated it higher.
