This restaurant is a fantastic spot for coffee. I have dietary restrictions requiring me to avoid both gluten and milk, and the staff here is well-informed and willing to cater to my specific needs. The food is prepared fresh and tastes absolutely delicious. View all feedback.
What Peggy Sue doesn't like about Empire Coffee:
We read positive reviews, so we decided to stop at this restaurant on our way out of town. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the coffee, which was not very good. It seemed like it might have just been an off day. If I were the owner, I would replace the old espresso machine that is sitting unused by the bathrooms and clean up the space, as it has great potential. View all feedback.
So happy superior has another good coffee shop. I want to get more into the city.
Excellent coffee, excellent service and great chilled out atmosphere.
We found the shop to be very gorgeous in it's old building that's been nicely renovated. They have great and kind service, along with a beautiful art gallery if you fancy looking around rather than sitting down to talk amongst your friends and family at perfectly-sized coffee tables. Speaking of the coffee, it might take a minute in order to get some, but it is definitely worth the wait, having it freshly made rather than fabricated like some fast-food restaurants.
High ceilings, cozy vibe. Super yummy breakfast croissants and really good coffees. Clean bathrooms! We hung out for several hours playing games and relaxing on a rainy day.
Mostly nice coffee shop. Nice art work on the walls (that you can purchase). A variety of coffee and sodas. Prices seemed reasonable for beverages. The service was ok; could have been friendlier. No vegan bakery options were available when we were there. Pretty loud due to the open area and hard floors. There’s a grand piano, so that’s very nice. Location and parking are convenient.
