I love the convenience of the drive-thru, their delicious coffee and donuts, and their friendly staff!
There were 1 employees at the front who made the thru and Counter drive while 2 employees were behind. The employee who helped with my order was nice
I enjoyed the delicious food and especially loved the coffee! The staff was very friendly as well.
I don't know what it is about this place but something is off. I have never been to a Dunkin that asks you to pull into the parking lot for a single coffee order as often as this place does. Waited 13 minutes from the time I payed at the window to the time they brought my drink out. There was only 1 car ahead of me in the line and nobody behind me when I ordered. Either their training is just so poor the employees don't know better, or they don't actually care to work somewhat hard or efficient.
We ordered delivery and got so many of the wrong items. A plain bagel instead of a Cinnamon Raisin. Peach refresher instead of Strawberry. The hash browns were some how burnt and soggy at the same time? Donut holes were dry. Breakfast wrap was smashed in the bottom of the bag. So not impressed…
