KFC - Sunshine West

Staff are pretty inexperienced; they chat too much if the people in the car at the drive-through are their mates. KFC should have better management to supervise their staff.

Had a issue with my meal the previous day and they fixed it the next day straight away. The customer service from Mathew was 5 Stars !

Usually go there to pick up online/app order. Orders and service were good most of the time. However, no consistency in terms of what chicken pieces they going to put in your order.

I have a love for KFC, but unfortunately, I cannot stand this particular location. The food is often soggy, the service is awful, and they frequently run out of ingredients. Every time I visit, I end up having to settle for something else because they are unable to fulfill my original order. You would expect KFC to be consistent across all locations, but this one falls short. The KFC near the superclinic is amazing, the one at Watergardens is fantastic, but the one near the cinema in Sunshine is subpar. Everything from the service to the food quality is just terrible. The only reason I continue to go here is because it is my local KFC and I have a love for their food, despite the disappointment this location brings.

After shopping near Burnside, I decided to try a small zinger meal at the restaurant. The zinger burger was mediocre, with only chicken, salad, and mayo. The chips were cooked but lacked the crispiness of the famous KFC fries. Overall, I was underwhelmed by the meal.
