Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The service was great. ? hot and crisp, burger cooked perfectly.

The restaurant was very empty when we showed up. There were only a couple of cars in the parking lot. We were sat right away in a small area near the bar. As we looked around at the tables around us, there were multiple tables that still had dirty dishes from previous guests. Other groups of guests arrived after we did and they were sat in a larger area in another part of the restaurant. The floor was dirty as well. The food was okay. The ladies' restroom also needed to be cleaned. I am concerned about why the restaurant needed so much cleaning when there were hardly any guests.

Our server Travis was really good. They were short staffed, managers cooking. Our wait time for food was longer that's fine. There were 8 of us so plenty of conversations taking place while we were waiting for food. It was just an off experience, 2 of us got bottomless house salads our firs ones came out on warm plates. So it was like some boujie wilted salad or something. Second ones were on cold plates. I kind of feel like they won't be open much longer that makes me sad. We've made lots of memories with the kids there. I hope they can pull thru get back to what they used to be.

I remember Red Robin in its glory days. This location had a dirty environment and dirty plates. The server was indifferent but the food wasn’t too bad. One burger came out cold but the fries are always on point.

Gross. My burger came sopping with grease, the lower bun was literally like a sponge, dripping grease, it was gross. Waste of money. Other locations are better.
