I have been going to Sesame since I was literally an infant (the 90's)! My family has been going there for nearly 40 years! The food is always very good! (General Tso's Chicken is my favorite). What Rachael doesn't like about Sesame:
The food sucks. We ordered 60.00 worth of food and threw it in the trash expeditiously. ? The rice had weird peas and carrots in it. The fried rice wasn't dark like fried rice. The pot stickers were gross, and the egg roll was filled with some weird textured meat. The service was very nice and friendly. I personally will never be back. View all feedback.
When ordering the same thing I have for over 20 yrs, I'm told new management, Chicken Almondding without almonds. Never had a problem. Tonight I was told I could order cashew chicken with white sauce and add the veggies... I told them I'd take that. What I got nasty, cashew chkn without cashews. Chicken and mushrooms with a thick brown gravy... not eaten, brought home for my daughter, who has a wide variety of taste... she tried it and said this is gross.I unfortunately will not be going back.. farewell to the last original Chinese restaurant favorite...
Good old time Chinese Restaurant. They are Getting harder to find.
Very welcoming little casual spot. I love their Sesame Chicken! Definitely recommend!

I have so many good memories eating with loved ones at Sesame and it is nice to have a place that retains the same charm it had years ago. It is my go to Chinese restaurant in St. Louis!
