Service and drinks were horrible..can't really blame the server because she was bartending and serving half the restaurant alone. Meanwhile her Manager, a John Legend lookalike, is hooking up his friend with free beer at the bar. Not returning. View all feedback.
My family and I came to dine a couple weekends ago and I must say I can definitely tell there’s new management involved. It wasn’t my first time dining here but the other times were just okay. My most recent experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The positive turnaround was obvious. Needless to say my family and I will be back!
I didn’t like the cuisine, but the atmosphere was chic, very expensive, for four adults the pizza was big. Second courses, desserts and a cocktail cost us $430
I cannot express how amazing this was, beautiful service and great drinks food Service was good as well!
It's pretty bad ? ? ? when a manager has his people come in and then then manager comps the check completely. And pockets the the 40 cash tip and when the server asked about it only got 20 cash and whe. The server asked about the 20.. she was lied too and got fired for asking about it.. it's soo messed up.. s itbox.. smh
Management definitely needs to train their servers before they wait on patrons and become familiar with the menu. Follow up with the customers and their empty beverages.
