Now, the meals are often stale and excessively salty,... read more It seems that the original owners sold this restaurant, as the food tasted quite different two years ago. Now, the meals are often stale and excessively salty, and the staff appears to be family members. I mean no offense to them, but they clearly don't enjoy their work and lack an understanding of KFC's flavor profiles. Unfortunately, this family has significantly impacted the quality of this KFC for the worse. Two stars.

After spending 10 minutes in the drive-thru line, I was informed they were out of original recipe chicken, so I accepted whatever they had available. They then had me pull into the parking lot and made me wait an additional 20 minutes, only to receive the wrong order. I had ordered a big box with 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides (mashed potatoes and macaroni), plus a KFC bowl. Instead, I got a box that was literally falling apart, containing 2 pieces of chicken, fries, and only 1 side. I didn’t check the order because I had already waited so long and just wanted to leave. That was a huge mistake—where is the rest of my order?! Nothing was correct, and I didn’t even get a copy of my receipt. I’ll be disputing the charge tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place; it's not worth your time.
