I understand it's an IHOP, but if you’re going to ask how I want my eggs cooked, please don’t overcook them like that and just hand them to me since it’s a to-go order. The pancakes were the wrong type, I didn’t get the utensils I requested, and there was no syrup or chocolate syrup that was supposed to come with the meal. To make matters worse, the milkshake machine was broken, but you only find out about that once you arrive to pick up your order.

However, they still filled my order with both mushrooms and hash browns. As for the crepes, I didn’t receive anything that was supposed to come with them—not even butter or strawberries. I also found two dirty lids in the bag, and there were no syrups for the pancakes. The milkshake was just ice cream crammed into a cup! I requested to speak with a manager twice, but it seems she’s too busy to address any concerns. This was the worst experience I've had at IHOP!

Our host was very friendly, and the menu included options perfect for kids, as well as choices that appeal to the kid in every adult. There was a wide selection of breakfast items to choose from.
