I do think a person should be at the front at all times to check people in, sit them down and to say farewell. They charge 40 dollars a plate and that does not include drink or dessert. Itshould be enough to staff a person at the front. They should also include a promotional day, maybe a tuesday where you get 15%off or something. The place looked pretty empty. For the quality of the meat they should increase advertisement or something.Tip of 18% is included with the bill.

The manager and the waitstaff were incredibly attentive, serving an array of meats on skewers. Don't miss the passion fruit mousse—it's a must-try! Unfortunately, this time the restaurant was not prepared for our event. The waitstaff struggled with drink orders, with some never arriving at all. When one finally did come after multiple requests, it included a paper receipt inside, which seemed intentional. The timing and availability of food were also disappointing; the waitresses swiftly removed our plates and utensils without providing new ones for additional servings. This felt quite rude, as we didn't feel welcomed. The steak was limited, and many guests wanted more, but the cooks never returned with additional meat. I don't usually write reviews, but my colleagues and I are quite upset, especially after spending nearly $3000 for what turned out to be a very unsatisfactory experience. I hope they improve their customer service if they wish to remain in business, but we will certainly not be returning.
