Ate here for the first time today! I ordered French toast with a side of bacon! The service here is AMAZING! I truly didn?t enjoy the French toast but the bacon was good! This place has a southern feel to it! The hostess greeted me as I walked in, said goodbye when I was leaving and while I was visiting- received service from both him and the waiter!! GREAT SERVICE. However, I probably won?t return. Pretty decent pri... View all feedback.
What Lillian Prohaska doesn't like about About Time Cafe:
Chaos is the best way to describe this place. Bad running gives you family-run vibes, because the staff is far from energetic and seems inexperienced. No hosts and no one has recognized the waiting customers. Some people went out for the waiting period. After a 15-minute waiting period our waiter was friendly. I ordered pumpkin pancakes with eggs and sausages. Pancakes were boiled under and diligent. Eggs were fat an... View all feedback.
Quaint location with really great food and service. We had the classic Eggs Benedict and breakfast Tacos. The waiter said the Hollandaise is fresh to order and it showed. That was the best? ve had in a long time. We? ve was looking for a good diner for a while and this place is definitely it.
First time trying this place. We were greeted on entering and seated right away. The place was pretty full but still had lots of seating. The waitress was great!!!, service was good, friendly with a smile and very informative. The food came out in good time, most was hot and tasted good, except the hashbrowns were cold, although they made another to replace the cold one it was hot but greasy and with uncooked potatoes in the middle, not cooked through and crispy. The toasted bread for the BLT had a bit too much oil on it, but it was a good tasting sandwich apart from that! With these issues resolved overall it is a great little spot! I would recommend you give them a try! I will go back to try other stuff on the menu! Keep up the great work!!
Tabitha was a delight. We came in on a Wednesday morning and she was the only one working the entire restaurant. She was running around making sure all her tables had everything they needed. Despite being overworked, she never complained and always kept a smile on her face. I hope the owner of this establishment appreciates her because she is truly excellent.
I always used to hear my friends talk about this restaurant so I decided to give it a go and treated myself to an impromptu brunch. It was great! The atmosphere is very cozy and the place is well kept and very clean. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted by Carol who was my main server (I can't remember the other lady's name but she was very good too) All the staff was very friendly and attentive and you can tell that they work really well as a team. Now the food.... 10/10! My pancakes were light and fluffy. The bacon was perfectly crispy and SEASONED. My eggs were done exactly how I asked for them. I didn't even need to add extra salt or pepper! They have it down to a science ? and to top it all off my orange juice was freshly squeezed ? I couldn't ask for more. I'm definitely going to return with my family!
