Wendy's - Sunnyvale

I went to the drive-thru window to pick up a mobile order for the first time. A female clerk was very rude. I showed her the mobile order with my initial, however, she said she couldn't find the order. She immediately became very angry and asked for my name to check the order. It took more than 40 min from placing the mobile order to finally picking up it. That's ridiculous!

Classic burger taste. Wendy's $5 dollar biggie bag, a chocolate chunk cookie and chocolate frosty are one sweet treat to get. Recommended always. !!!

I went into Wendy's to place an order. I had a coupon. The lady said I could only use the touchscreen kiosk to place an order. I asked her if the kiosk would take my coupon. She said no it wouldn't. I asked her if she could take my order. She said no, she's not taking orders right now. I went to Taco Bell instead.

We went on a Wednesday evening and it wasn't busy at all. Still it took long to get our food. What was worse, it was freezing cold inside. Had to put on my jacket and still didn't feel comfortable.

We shared a large chili and crispy french fries. We also got two burgers, tasty, however, the buns and meat seem smaller almost slider-size.
