We’ve been coming to Thai Spoons since over a decade ago because of their food quality and service. Our fave is their lunch specials where you can order 2 or items rice. Everything is good, altho chicken pad ped is the main reason we drive 30 miles for. Parking is pretty easy; however, this place can get crowded easily during lunch hour. So, come early or make a reservation. Or order online/ by phone. The quantity might be less than what they served back then, but the quality hasn’t changed throughout the generations.
We went to this restaurant for dinner. While some of the dishes were delicious, others didn't quite hit the mark. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. The portion sizes were generous. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would likely return in the future.
This Thai restaurant in South Bay is one of my favorites. I have been coming here for several years (since around 2012/2013) and the flavors have remained consistent. The set lunch used to be $8, where you could choose 3 vegetables and rice. However, due to inflation, the price has increased to $13, but it is still a great deal. If you are searching for a reliable and delicious Thai restaurant, I highly recommend checking this place out.
Thai spoon is quickly climbing up the charts to being one of my favorite and reliable Thai spots around. I loved the pad kee mao good balance of vegetables. I had ordered spicy hot level but it wasn’t that hot! Very good balance of flavors. I also loved the vegan mushroom dumplings. Nothing was too oily which is always an at risk parameter I’ve found at other Thai places
