Many good options. Like there shrimp tacos, new lobster tacos, Mexican corn bowl, and crispy fish tacos. Kids enjoyed the kids meal options like chicken tenders with fries as well. They have decent sauce bar with 5 different kind of sauces available withonions and pickles. View all feedback.
What Greg Gimenez doesn't like about Rubio's Coastal Grill:
Never ever go there on a Tuesday afternoon with the expectation of getting your food in less then 45 minutes even if you order well ahead of time on the app. Ordered at 545pm while leaving work for a 630 pickup and got my food at 655pm. Not worth the tacoTuesday deal IMO. View all feedback.
Not much to say besides I that I love their fish burritos and tacos. Great quality food and not expensive! The place is busy a lot of the time so I'd be careful on some commentary herein regarding speed. Be patient y'all, excellence takes time!
Came in to the store since we haven't eaten here in quite a while. Ordered two burritos and it took almost 40 minutes to get the order. Kitchen staff is horrible. Front cashier attendant walking attitude. This is ridiculous. Management needs to get in control of this place. Horrible horrible service!!!!!!
I got to try Rubio's on my 2nd date with this guy that I was seeing. It was a Tuesday night so I thought that Taco Tuesday seems appropriate, and he suggested that we go to Rubio's. I've never try Rubio's, but I was down to give it a try. The lady who took our order was friendly and nice. We both got the Truly Pineapple Seltzers, which was refreshing. He got the shrimp tacos while I got the chicken tacos. The food was pretty tasty, but I've had better tacos elsewhere. Lol.. but it was still nice to give it a try.
First time coming here this year. I love the music here. They have great menu options too. I got the salad since I've never tried em. It was delicious. The prices are decent here and the food is very fresh.
My husband and I came here for lunch today. It wasn't busy at all. In fact, I think we were the first customers of the day. The young man who took our order was very polite and kind. I ordered the grilled shrimp burrito and my husband ordered the cilantro lime quinoa bowl with chicken. We picked our salsas from the salsa bar and picked a table to set at and wait for our order. For an empty restaurant, it took about 15 minutes for our food which I thought was too long. The food did, however came out piping hot. My husband loved his quinoa bowl. My shrimp burrito was just okay. They are starting to cut the burritos in half now, which I don't like. I've been getting the same burrito here for years and this is the first time it arrived cut in half. The next problem was that the burrito was full of rice and not much else. I had trouble finding the shrimp. And lastly, the burrito was folded so poorly that each bottom of the half was unraveling and the burrito became the biggest mess with all the contents falling out. This location is one of two left in the South Bay as far as I know. They recently closed the location in San Jose at the Plant. I hope they improve on things here.
