This taco truck has some of the best options outside of San Jose. The carne asada is flavorful and perfectly seasoned. I've visited this truck a dozen times over the last few years, and I’ve never had a taco with gristle or fat in it. The pastor, lengua, and carnitas are all delicious! this is the worse taco truck I have ate from. I came here during lunch time ordering chicken tacos and chicken burritos. I didn't hear any cooking while I was waiting for my food, because they weren't being cooked. The tacos looked good, but when my husband and I ate it, the chicken was VERY dried.
