Kfc - Sunnyvale

Please make sure when you leave with your order I was missing with mashed potato and gravy I had to come all way back and I asked them for this but they were like this ????Very bad service even it was there fault never want to see there faces again

This review is from my very own parents, Alfredo Mildred. They had a great experience with Josefina, store manager and the incredible service and freshly made food that was served to them. They thought the chicken was crispy and freshly fried which is exactly how they want it. They were so happy to eat this because it's been a long time this KFC location was serving decent chicken. They are happy the chicken was made perfectly and hope this is here to stay. Everything else was exceptional from the sides, etc. They would like to thank Josefina and her effort in wanting to make freshly made food. Because of her, my parents are happy again to come eat! Lame food quality. Wrong or missing item almost every time.

Visited KFC recently and was impressed by the outstanding service from Octavio at the cashier. Friendly and professional, he made my experience a delight. The KFC-wraps combo was delicious too. Big thanks to Octavio for his exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!
