1. I wish they offered an online reservation option to save some time.
2. The iced Americano could be better; it was only slightly cold because they didn’t use enough ice to chill it properly.

The wait is longer because they prepare the pancakes fresh, but they are absolutely delicious!
These pancakes are definitely on the pricier side, but they are quite Instagram-worthy! My friend and I visited after lunch and decided to share the original pancake stack for $12.99. Once we added the matcha sauce, the total came to $14. The $2 extra for the matcha drizzle felt a bit steep. However, the three pancakes we received were substantial enough to share as a dessert. The soufflé pancakes were incredibly fluffy and had a strong egg flavor, reminiscent of Chinese egg tarts. Pairing them with the tart fruit and sweet whipped cream made for a delightful combination. The café has a lovely, cute decor inside. If you visit on a weekday, you might find the pancakes ready to serve. Otherwise, be prepared to wait up to 25 minutes for them to be made. They do offer board games while you wait, but I suggest bringing your own if all the games are taken.
Beautiful ambiente. reservations for the weekend, there was no waiting time and restaurant was not even half full. friendly staff. eating is a little expensive for three pancakes, fruits are fresh. they are very soft and juicy. pancake only took 10 minutes to be ready (not 25 minutes). they can request less sweet on drinks. parking is small. total experience was pleasant.
No customer service and they don’t do a great job of letting customers know that they will only allow people with reservations to order, even for take out. I was there this morning at 11:10 am and the only person in line and I was told that without a reservation I would not be served. The next reservation was at 1pm and I was told I would have to come back. I could not even do take out. This was not a sit down restaurant, it was an order and pick up your meal place. There didn’t appear to be a manager or someone to offer any customer service. Sorta felt like a food court mall booth that takes reservations. The selection was very limited but I can’t tell if it was any good because they would not serve me even with no one in the store. I was also disheartened to see reviews on Yelp where they made exceptions for couples who did not have reservations so I feel singled out. While I was there I was polite asked if there was anything I could do since I had come out of my way but was only told sorry we can only serve those with reservations. I accepted that and left. I don’t often write reviews but feel like people should know make your reservation if you want to take a chance with this place. From What I gathered the pancakes are pretty good but the staff is limited and as a customer you will likely Have to clean and bus your own table. They also won’t seat you unless everyone in your reservation is there. Buyer be ware
