The sauce that it comes with seems to be a combination of some kind of sesame sauce, soy/ vinegar sauce and chili sauce. The noodles are bouncy and fresh and the balance of the dish is done really well.We always have their dumplings and find them to be average. They are good every day type of dumplings but nothing special to them, just done consistently and made fresh.They have a kiosk now when you come in to order and you can order online for pickup as well, which is very convenient. They do offer a cash discount, which is a nice option if you carry cash with you. The cash discount does not apply to their frozen orders though and buy it does require a cash payment.

I tried the soup dumplings, pan fried dumplings, and dan dan noodles. I was very impressed by the noodles, which were very fresh, flavorful, and came with a ton of pork and cucumber. The pan fried dumplings were also a hit, with a fluffy and chewy steamed exterior, crispy bottom, and juicy filling. They have a fairly extensive menu and I would be curious to try more dishes.

They made the food pretty fast, comes out after a few minutes of each dish. Ordered1. Pan fried shanghai soup dumplings pretty large size, a bit doughy but still juicy delicious 2. Beef noodle soup that's shareable and good portions of beef, noodles veggies. 3. Popcorn chicken might be the highlight of what we ordered! Lightly cooked so it's crispy and not crunchy. Could use the spicy chili powder for a kick though. Would totally get this again. 4. Marinated beef pancake also delicious! 5. Chicken feet I was excited to see this as I really enjoy it when I go dim sum but this was a disappointment as the sauce/marinade used was more like a Cha Su Bao sauce and not a sweet/salty/soy base. I would not order this again. Overall great small place for noodles dumplings/dim sum. I'd totally come back here again!
