Food is good, delicious. Ambience is super beautiful. There is an authentic feeling. Usually this restaurant is very crowded. So it's better to book and go. We did it so we had to wait a long time. People are friendly. The most important attractive dish was chicken samosa and cucumber refreshment drink.. Cream Puffs were not so good View all feedback.
What Queen Jones doesn't like about Chelokababi Persian Cuisine:
Had heard from a friend that this was one of the best Persian restaurants in the Bay Area. For me it was definitely standard Iranian fare, but I am deducting a star for the location and service. Parking is in a very unappealing strip mall and not widely available. Servers forgot multiple items, and though they were not on the bill they never brought it up again… super strange View all feedback.
Fantastic experience! delicious food and very fresh. the free peta brot was super soft and hot, directly from the many. many options for vegetarian as well! we loved everything we ordered vegetarian kababab, huhn samosa and joojeh kababababababab. the chicken sosamosa was surprisingly amazingly crispy on the out with delicate chicken fillings in the inner. I love all the ambiente of the place. the vegetarian kabababs come with saffron rice that were very tasty. but the showtopper was dessert makhloot can not recommend it enough. it is kulfi with icy faluda! it was beautiful. highly recommended. 5/5 no doubt!
Just wanted to write a quick review about this great restaurant. I’ve been coming here off and on for 15-20 years. It’s located in a strip mall. There are some booths too which can be very nice if on a date! Would consider getting a reservation on busy evenings. I have never had a bad experience and the food, especially the koobideh kebabs were really good (this generally is what I get at Persian restaurants). They are generally a little pricier per item but I feel the food is very good and worth the extra. Without alcohol it’s going to be $20-30 per person. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Be aware the parking lot can be a bit tight especially at busy times. For the South Bay Area this is a very good stop.
One of the best Persian restaurants I ever been to in California. It can get really expensive, but worth the experience. Food was so yummy and service was good. Lots of free parking available.

When I stepped out of the car I could smell Saffron. The interior is very nicely done and they are really very quick in serving. The taste is very good and the portion size is also , you just can't ignore their food. But I found their prices on a higher side.
