What Eva Wu doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Everytime I went there, they always out of food. I ordered online, and went to pick up, they canceled my whole order because they’re out of one item in my order.. View all feedback.
They were Super slow and no one wants to do their job now they want everyone to use the devices there and there aren't enough
Oh my God once again I tried to do Taco Bell and the shells or something just tasted old what in the hell are you thinking. Stop. You need to stop being a worthless fast food restaurant. Throw away the old shell or whatever is making your food taste old.
They forgot part of my meal. So when using drive thru check your order before u leave.
They force you to use the kiosks and won 't help you at the front counter. Normally I wouldn 't care. BUT they don 't put the whole menu into the kiosks. So you can never find what you are trying to order. If you click burrito looking for a Burrito. You will NOT FIND THE ITEM. They literally have advertised multiple things that are not even on the kiosk menu. So you have to ask at the front counter. But they will ignore you for 10 minutes minimum. I walked out with nothing. There is also no search button to get around the broken menu. 0 out of 10 experience. Left hungry and irritated.
Order had one mess up, but they fixed it relatively fast. Resraunt was clean and warm.
