Burger King - Sunnyside

I came in to use a coupon and they said they had no beef. So I used a chicken sandwich coupon to get something to eat. Later on once I got my food, another set of customers came in and asked for a Whooper and a double cheeseburger. They received what they asked for but we didn’t.

My best Burger King experience in about 15-16 years. Only a couple of minutes before placing my order. The order was completed very quickly. The dining area was clean and tidy. There were plenty of napkins in the napkin dispenser. The ketchup dispenser was in working order. A great experience. I Will come back soon.

Went through the drive through for lunch. We ordered a super simple number 1 with a pop. The person taking our order, Juan, was very rude and short tempered. We sat in silence for a good 2 minutes in the middle of the order. Once we finally payed he said to park up front and wait for the food. We sat there for another 15 minutes. I went inside and the food had just been sitting there. Won't be going here again!

Kayla was very efficient friendly. She made my experience a great one.

Charged me for someone else’s order and mine was non existent. Got mine for free after driving around to drive through again . All is good .
