We arrived at 2:00 PM and had not even reached the entrance yet, even though it was open and fully booked. Shouldn't they make sure that all guests receive their food? View all feedback.
Unfortunately, it took a long time to place your order and when you ordered a beer, it took a long time before it was served.

The service was terrible and it took a long time to receive our drinks. The food was only lukewarm and we were abruptly asked to move to a different table when we were ready to pay.

Great food but small portions. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Will definitely come back to Bergsåker and recommend it to others.
