What balrog44 doesn't like about Wysteria Ave:
I recently tried the Yorkshire pudding wrap with beef, homemade chips, and gravy at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! The portion was huge, the beef was tender and flavorful, the gravy was thick and delicious, all for only £5! It is definitely worth every penny and I would highly recommend it. Cooking it yourself wouldn't even compare to how amazing it tasted. **** Gorgeous! View all feedback.
Had 16 meals plus a dessert delivered to our place of work, arrived on time and still hot by their very pleasant delivery driver. The meals can only be described as delicious not one complaint from any of us apart from having to go back to work feeling stuffed, defo will be back again,to work our way through the menu
Always nice food and good size portions staff all very friendly and have a good variety of food on there menu
Fantastic Mother’s Day lunch at Wysteria Avenue. First time eating in and the homely decor and trinkets gave the place charm and character. We’d booked for the carvery but 2 people in the party fancied the Yorkshire pudding wrap which they made no problem. The beef in the wraps was slow cooked and in the tastiest gravy ever! The chips were ‘proper chips’ home made and flavoursome. There was a choice of 4 meats on the carvery, I opted for beef and turkey (sorry no photos . You could help yourself to fresh vegetables including roast and mashed potatoes, roast parsnips, broccoli, carrots, peas, ‘steeply peas’ and stuffing. The food was excellent quality and was cooked to perfection.Mams got a free prosecco or dessert. We opted for the salted caramel cheesecake and my son got strawberry waffles which were delicious. My daughter is 3 and loves cold custard, again not on the menu, but not a problem. I’ve never been to such a friendly and accommodating eatery, nothing was too much trouble. There is also a cocktail menu for just £3.50 each!!! So my sister had a mojito which she said was really good (just a pity I was driving! . The kids place area was nice and clean with a good selection of toys and some fantastic dress up clothes too. All seven in the party had a lovely afternoon and loved the food and ambience. We will definitely be back.
My family of 9 visited the restaurant last Sunday and we all enjoyed our main courses, which included chicken curry, Yorkshire pudding wrap, pulled pork bun, and 2 children's burger meals. The dessert menu was great, with the chocolate pudding and cheesecake being particularly tasty. The bill was very reasonable and the service was excellent. The restaurant also has a toddler play area that kept our younger children entertained.
