Visited the other day at lunchtime with a pal to have a catch up. It’s been a while since I was at the Blue Bell. Certainly pre-Covid. In that time the whole place has been refurbished and decorated. A new eating area outside with pergola tables looks really good, although we sat indoors. The young lady behind the bar was welcoming and friendly. Absolutely appalled at this venue. It was booked following a funeral and for a buffet, on arrival we found the place locked and in darkness. My elderly mother in law who was the widow and in frail health was stood outside in the cold and damp and upset and apologetic although this was not her fault. Shameful View all feedback.
Only had our first delivery of Sunday evening dinner omg to die for absolutely delicious large portions of beef and lamb in mouth melted large selection of veg well worth it especially no dishes at the end will definitely order again thanks to
Last night, after having heard good things about them and not disappointed. there were 3 types of meat to choose from I got the lamb my wife the bark and my daughter and granddaughter that huh all enjoyed their meal, generous portions and gravy for dying. the personal was very professional and pleasant even the outdated renter who always had a smile on his face. all in all a beautiful meal in a beautiful atmosphere and my young enkel in the age of 11 years has never been boring as it sky sports on the telly and was welcome to play on the pool table so thank you for a great afternoon.
We went for tee with a good-sight that was won in a raffle. we had a nice home that made food. a massive plate made of pinned bark cake and made home chips and a Tex-Mexburger. both were delicious and the portions were massive. defo recommend
Been to lunch homemade chips was to die for nice eating fast service friendly staff would recommend and defo back
Had a lovely meal of mince and dumplings with home made chips .. my friend had the scampi and a side of onion rings. Very nice and great portion size, in very clean surroundings. Bar staff were very friendly , had a few bevvies and games of pool. Would highly recommend.
