The staff here are absolutely fantastic! They are not only polite but also incredibly patient and understanding. Despite dealing with some challenging customers, they consistently provide outstanding customer service. I visited at 5 o'clock on February 19th, and I was truly impressed. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
its more expensive than the food is worth.plus there is never enough staff.until they do better deals and get the correct staff levrls for food saftey i will not go.you need more staff.its obvious one person cannot do all thr jobs even 2 is not good.for small shops 3 minimum if i find that you have more staff i will return as its my favourite.shame low staff levels cost you customers View all feedback.

Ordered a subway and was in store watching it get made! All was fine except the stale bread and when I got home found a hair embedded in the bread itself. Could not even eat the rest of it. Do not recommend Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10
Waiting to be served and staff contaminated food by not changing gloves and putting hand straight into lettuce. I did not order, informed staff and got a sorry about that mate reply. Very slow service and extra tight on serving size. I always get a salad box, usually I get two scoops of chicken tikka this time there was only one and a pinch of grated cheese! Just because I'm on a diet doesn't mean I need further rationing...very disappointed.
