Pizza Dial - Sunderland

This restaurant is a complete waste of money and overpriced. The pizza crust was so hard, I've had better frozen pizzas. The chips were dry and I ended up with bad heartburn afterwards. I definitely won't be returning.

I preordered from this restaurant twice and both times the food was delivered over an hour late. When it finally arrived, it was dry and tasteless. I have been a customer for years, but after this experience, I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered food tonight on 15.12.23 and was disappointed to find hardly any kebab meat and no red cabbage, for the second time in a row. The kebab meat was overcooked, which is a recurring problem. This experience has been very disappointing and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It was also difficult to contact the restaurant to address these issues, as their email seems to be non-existent. I will be getting my food from elsewhere in the future.

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for delivery. Rang twice to find out where it was to be reassured the first time that the order was out for delivery, however by the second call it hadn't even left the shop. When it did eventually arrive the food was less than satisfactory, rock hard pizza and cold chips. I would recommend if you are looking for a decent meal you order else where, we certainly will be in future.

Used this shop for 20 years. Ordered food at 18:30, rang them at 19:40 to ask where it was and was told it was out for delivery. Rang back at 20:00 to be told the order was still in the shop but would be delivered soon, eventually turned up at 20:15 an hour and a 45mins after ordering, not good enough, no apology, rubbish service, wont be going back
