What User doesn't like about National Glass Centre Brasserie:
Confusion from the first instance. We booked a table as we were led to believe Sunday was busy. Nobody on reception...where is reception anyway? Eventually led to a table. Obviously no need to book. Sign on counter says 'order here '. Apparently that 's only if you didn 't book. Otherwise you just sit like a lemon and then have to ask for service. They all look so bored. and they 're slow.
