Mcdonald's Restaurants - Sunderland

I have brought my enkel to mcdonalds in the galleries. we went a (no problem) we decided to see if any were empty. an assistant went around and she said very loud to get a place before we ordered. just don't know if she was under the impression that the two girls were alone. they are finally and I stood behind them. I have the impression that their people were not approaching young people. thinks she needs customer training, how to talk to young people.

I visited today and the workers are very rude, they turned off a disabled person sitting with a walker, said the staff, we know where to put it while they dinner the staff is absolutely hopeless, not knowing how to clean a table properly after the people who have worked with people with people who have not been overcrowded

This particular McDonalds seems to be the place to bring the kids for something to eat. Unaccompanied teens are never very far away and the automatic door leading to outside (not the one to enter the galleries) is a favourite for them to mess with...causing constant cold/ icy blasts of wind that blow the serviettes all over if you're sitting nearby. Despite the kids being allowed to make a nuisance of themselves and not being checked by the staff for doing so, the food was hot and arrived in a timely fashion. The staff were otherwise pleasant and polite and the tables kept clean and tidy.

Absolutely in love with the promotional Toffee Latte which has been brought out from McDonald’s recently. It is my go-to drink!

We visited barmston mac Donald’s and were welcomed by bernadette atchison. within seconds we sat, she was so beautiful to us and also to our son. she made us a fool and it really made a difference. what a nice nurse Bernadette...was she deserves so much credit. can thank her enough, the little things in life go along and be nice doesn't cost anything. we got that, thanks a lot.
