The Szechuan tofu was dry and spicy, with green chilies and garlic adding a perfect touch. The saucy black pepper dish had a flavorful kick to it. A side of mushrooms in gravy sauce complemented the meal nicely. Overall, Ryhope is worth revisiting after all these years.

They have a special section on the menu dedicated to vegan options. When you ask about it, they are happy to walk you through the choices. My go-to order includes egg-free fried rice, mini spring rolls, and Satay Tofu.

Not sure whether they got confused or whether it's not vegan. If someone can throw some light on that for me, that would be wonderful.
