Gills Redmonds - Sunderland

The food was terrible and appeared to have been sitting out all day, especially the chips. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone and I definitely won't be going back.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and prepared in a clean environment. They consistently provide great meals and you definitely get what you pay for, making it worth every penny.

The chips were excellent, but the rest of the meal was just okay. It was a bit hit and miss overall, but it's a good option for a quick bite to eat.

We order from Gill's all the time, the fish is good, the kebabs are good, the pizza is good, the chips are like lumps of cardboard soaked in grease.

Friendly people who run it always make me welcome. pizza (kababab, mushroom, tweezer, jalapeno) is from here lush and packed. kababs are ok tho portion size could be a little better, but not much. chips could be better. not yet attempted fish, but I can't imagine it's not like most places.
