I've never been into the resturant but they do offer a delivery survive which I frequently use. The food is wonderful and I assume it will be the same quality as in the Restaurant . It always comes in time and really good value, and not greasy, which too often happens in the past from other Chinese establishments. View all feedback.

Cold food and so tasteless!!! Nothing in our 3 meals was nice!! No flavour, meat was cold, rice stuck together! Been using this restaurant for years and it’s gone really down the Nick! The food at this restaurant was extremely bland and tasteless, with poor quality considering the price we paid. Some items from our order were even missing. I would not recommend dining here.
I will never order food from this restaurant again - it was absolutely disgusting. The gravy was thin and cold, and the chips were still frozen. The only good thing about the meal was how quickly it was delivered and the prawn crackers. When I called to complain, the manager said they could only give me new gravy and chips, but I insisted on a refund, which they refused. I warned them that I would leave a bad review, and they hung up on me.
I have been a customer of Dragon Inn since it first opened years ago, but after tonight's experience, I will never return. We ordered a beef combo dish, but received a prawn dish instead, which was not only disgusting but also a problem for me as I am allergic to seafood. The mistake was made online, and when I called to try to resolve it, the woman who answered was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite being a long-time customer, there was no attempt to fix the error. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and we will not be returning to Dragon Inn. It is clear that customer loyalty means nothing to them.
Ordered food through big foodie which was displayed on their website. Multiple payment attempts made. All states payment declined when turns out all had been accepted. Had to call to cancel orders which they did but could not offer refund so had a chew on getting money back. Website stated 1 hour and a half wait. After that time contacted take away and was told that’s what the website says but in reality is over 2 hours, to make some fried rice, curry sauce and a few bits of battered chicken. First time ordering and last time. Rubbish.
