Franky's Pizza - Sunbury

This is the worst pizza restaurant I have ever ordered from. The pizza was flavorless and the delivery took much longer than estimated. Despite making a complaint, the excuses were not satisfactory and they did not offer any compensation. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The service, food quality, and atmosphere were all rated at 1 out of 5. The price per person was between A$20 and A$40 for dinner.

Those who give 5 stars for the pizza here have low standards. I ordered a Mexicana pizza but instead of putting capsicum, they covered it in jalapenos. It was a disgrace. I would have taken a photo of the whole pizza in the trash if I could.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding! The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great dining experience. The food was excellent and the customer service was top-notch. We will definitely return. The price per person ranged from A$60 to A$80. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 5.

Ordered of Menulog and order still taking longer than 1 hour past estimated time so 2 hours waiting. We understand when restaurants can be busy but the lady we called 3 times was so rude and kept lying about the update times she said it was getting delivered now but the last time we called her another lady said it is getting delivered now. Never ordering from here again. Food: 1
