El Pollo Loco - Sun Valley

There is this lady there. Hispanic. I know so general lol she is a saint.. she is always cleaning asking if the food is ok..OK... she is great.

We have 2 tostada, they were good, but small quantities.

They got off the $5 menu. My nachos are now $9 plus more if you want a drink. Too bad because they don't hurt for money. In the last three years they have made historical figures. Shame on pollen loco

It is Friday Im tired I DO NOT WANT to go home and cook so i decide to go to our local EL pollo loco on Sunland blvd right by the i5 freeway exit. So I go in there tell the person taking my order i wanted my chicken WELL DONE, i said it twice. I get my order and go home guess what? the CHICKEN is UNDERCOOKED. also got some loco salads man what a disappointment those loco salads look like they were done by a loco. Continuing with the UNDERCOOKED chicken I called the manager complaining about the UNDERCOOKED chicken his replied was that he is going here and there doing stuff that he can not be checking on everybody HELLO you are the manager THATS YOUR JOB to check on your employees!!!!! The manager did say to go back to the restaurant and have my order done right but Im tired live on the 3rd floor and the restaurant is 5 minutes away You think i want to go back to waste my time just because an employee did not follow instructions?? heck no. One other thing the manager mention was that he had his best cook on the grill making the orders. SEE PICS ON THE LOCO SALAD its amazing.

Last time we got food from here, we thought they might only have a bad day. We decided again today. Bad idea! Her foods were stubborn and remnant.
