However, I must say that the quality of... read more This restaurant used to be one of my go-to spots and I have been here numerous times, even hosting about 5 parties here. However, I must say that the quality of customer service from the staff has been deteriorating. One incident that stood out was when one of the staff accidentally hit my child with a door as she was leaving. Despite this, the staff member showed no remorse and instead focused on finishing her task. When I brought this up to a manager, they seemed indifferent and uninterested. I will not be visiting this place anymore. They do not deserve any stars.

A helpful tip would be to download the Chuck-E-Cheese app. For every purchase you earn points, and within one or two visits you earn free 15 to 30 minutes playtime for the machines. During the summer you can buy an 8 weeks pass that as of 2023 the cost was $169.99 for 2 hours of playtime for 8 consecutive weeks. I usually buy it because it is cost effective, but I would bring some snacks. It would break my bank to spend a weekly $50 on a large pizza that I can buy for $20 outside of Chuck-E-Cheese.
