Monk's Grill - Sun Prairie

My friend and I stopped there for dinner last night. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and he got chicken pliers. We thought it was great! The burger was one of the best I had in a while, and I love her frits with beer. To round it off, we got a choc chip cookie for dessert and it was fantastic. Will definitely stop again when in the area.

We sat immediately..wurde greeted with smile..we sat and a waiter was right there...the food was wonderful...in fact the waiter came to make sure everything was okay..at least 3 times.... would drive the miles to go back there!!! And they were very busy.Thanks Monk is for the great service and good food...

We stopped to have an early lunch after a movie. Amber, our waiter, immediately stopped to order a drink. During that time, I was on the phone with a friend walking through a hard time. Amber was very kind and wise to wait for me to take from the phone to our order. Receive our appetizer and talk. Amber then told us that our meal would be a few minutes longer because of a problem in the kitchen, but we would be compensated. The meal was excellent and they gave us a meal. I would recommend Monk's Bar Grill and if you get Amber, you have great service....

Fantastic bacon jalapeno burger and tater deads. Great service.

Overall, a wonderful place to dine, or just go and enjoy a drink. However, the large crowd that I am greeted by at the door, is a tad overwhelming. It does often look busy from the road, but when I get inside, it's dead. Great servers, bartenders, and management. 10 out of 10 if you ask me.
