Jimmy John's - Sun Prairie

I dined there several times last year, and I found the food to be good. However, they did get my order wrong on a couple of occasions. I also appreciate the cozy atmosphere of the place. I have tried their delivery service as well; while it takes longer to arrive than I anticipated, I understand how delivery works and usually order a bit earlier to account for that.

I ordered a BLT Unwich, and he suggested the number 16 instead, helping me save a little money. As someone who's spent eight years in customer service, I truly appreciate when someone goes the extra mile to help a customer save. When I reached the window, he asked if I had the app; unfortunately, I hadn't signed up yet, but he wasn’t pushy about it, which I really appreciated. I can't stand high-pressure sales tactics. When I received my order, I found napkins in the bag along with three Kickin' Ranch sauces and the sandwiches, as well as the side of oil and vinegar. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Please ensure he receives the recognition he deserves—Jimmy John's is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. Kudos to you, Caleb! Bravo!
