Checkers - Sun City Center

Welcome back Checkers! So glad to have a new place to eat.

We frequently go to this Checkers when we don't want to cook. We ordered Deep Sea Double meals, the fish was dark as in over fried and had a strong taste. The fries were also dark in appearance and were sticking together and also had a strong taste likebeing over fried in old oil. Have had much better experience in the past.

I CANT NOT BELIEVE THIS!! sandwich look like it been sitting foI forever..and my fries suck!!! Not MF happy .. sorry but I am not! I'm afraid to eat the dam thing! My son took a couple bites cause he was hungry..smh..if you don't like where you work moveoutta the way...let those who CARE how they serve people work there.. and to top it off, no phone good phone number to call tospeak with the manager. Was they asleep in the back??? The young girl at the window was nice but dam...can't the food be justas nice..smh.

I haven't had Checkers in years, and I had forgotten how delicious their salt and pepper fries are—still fantastic! The Beaufort was quite a lot of food for me, but it tasted great regardless.

This Checkers in Sun City, FL, is by far the worst Checkers I've ever encountered! It's high time someone considered shutting this place down. I ordered $40 worth of food through DoorDash, and all they sent me was a single cold spicy chicken sandwich—nothing else! When I tried to call the restaurant, the phone didn’t even ring; it just clicked and disconnected. The last time I ordered from this same location, I received chicken tenders that weren't even fully cooked. To top it off, the guy at the drive-thru window was wearing an AutoZone work shirt and wasn't even in a Checkers uniform. It seemed like he had just walked over from his first job at AutoZone to his second at Checkers, and I really should have driven away then. I will never order from this place again; it's just awful!
