We had the lunch special. It was out standing. The wait staff was first class. It's a small town tavern. Very clean and friendly. I highly recommend this place. And plan on going back again.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.

We ordered the Nebraska Ribeye and were disappointed by its thickness and flavor, especially for a price of $30. We also tried the chicken fried steak, which we suspected might be made with liver or a liver/steak mixture. Additionally, I ordered a Roy Rogers drink, but it was filled to the brim with ice, leaving me with only a quarter of the actual drink. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure your drinks stay full, but they also give you space to enjoy your meal in peace. Check their Facebook page for daily specials. Although I haven't tried it myself, the locals also rave about the chicken fried steak here. It looks delicious and people seem to thoroughly enjoy it. If you're willing to drive for a steak that will make even a vegetarian question their commitment, this is the place to go. Just make sure you come hungry.

This restaurant offers some decent food. We went there for lunch today. The salad bar was enjoyable, as always. We tried the Reuben sandwich, but it didn't set a great standard for comparison. We also ordered the lunch special of fried chicken, which was similarly just okay. However, I should mention that on Saturday nights, they serve a pretty good prime rib. Overall, it’s not outstanding, but certainly worth a visit.
