I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, but everything was ice cold—the chicken, bacon, and cheese. I had to microwave my sandwich when I got home, which is just a mile away. I haven't been impressed with this place lately at all.
I attempted to place an online order, but the service wasn't functioning properly. However, the wrap sandwiches have quickly become my new favorites. The service at the restaurant was outstanding. I genuinely love this place!
I have ordered online three times, and each time I've ended up waiting over 20 minutes past my scheduled pickup time for my order to be prepared. The staff member behind the counter takes around 15 minutes to make a single sandwich and seems unsure about what she's doing most of the time—99.5% of the time, in fact. I can't believe I paid $13 for just an onion sandwich.
I ordered a sandwich and was pleasantly surprised to receive a high-quality, fresh sandwich instead of the expected stale bread and cookie in the middle. I jokingly call this sandwich the "My Wife Is On Vacation and I'm Too Lazy To Get Food" sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the food, and disappointed by the lack of incompetence from the employees.
